Sending emails from Xero - Some users unable to send

Our team has resolved the issue some customers experienced when sending emails from Xero. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

This related to how the database was configured which meant for some customers they were unable to send emails from Xero for a short period of time. Customers affected by this will have send failures recorded in the 'History & Notes' section of any documents/emails they attempted to send.

We are aware that some customers may not be able to send an email from Xero. Our team is investigating this with urgency.
