Our team has resolved an issue impacting some Hubdoc customers trying to log into Hubdoc, syncing information from Xero into Hubdoc, and publishing documents. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
A product release was the cause of this issue, which we rolled back to restore service. Customers can disconnect and reconnect their Hubdoc organisation as a troubleshoot to resolve any remaining issues. You can find those steps on Xero Central.
