Global: Xero Sign up flow - new customers unable to log in

Our team has resolved the issue impacting new customers trying to sign up to Xero for the first time. Some customers may not have received a Forgotten password email also. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

A product release caused this issue, and we were able to roll back to restore service.

We learn from every incident and put measures in place to prevent issues from happening again.
