We have been informed that the issue with the ATO that is preventing the lodgement of Tax Returns within Xero Tax has now been resolved.
Please let us know if you still have any issues with this, and we’ll investigate further.

We're currently aware of an issue with the ATO which is preventing the lodgement of Tax Returns within Xero Tax. We've reached out to the ATO about this and will update you as soon as we have any news. In the meantime any returns which are completed in Xero Tax will be held and filed when everything's back up and running.
This issue also affects AU Payroll and filing TFND and PSAR information to the ATO.
