Our team has resolved the issue impacting customers from submitting CIS returns to HMRC. This issue related to a system configuration error which meant if specific fields within a CIS return were blank, the return failed to submit. Our technical team identified this issue and put in place a fix which resolved this for all customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

We have identified what is preventing UK customers trying to submit returns in CIS.

We are currently aware of an issue where some customers using CIS are receiving an error when submitting their return to HMRC. Our technical team are investigating as a matter of urgency and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
