We are aware that customers could not access Xero Files between 5.55pm - 6.15pm UTC. Our team has resolved the issue impacting and customers should now be able to access Xero Files across Xero. This issue related to network connectivity issue which caused a brief impact on our systems. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
