Our team has resolved the issue impacting some customers access to the Invoices tab. This was due to an underlying database issue which caused the service to break, resulting in an error when accessing the Invoices tab. A reset of the problem database component resolved the problem.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

We are aware of an issue where some customers are unable to access the Invoices tab in Xero. Our team is investigating this with urgency.
