Customers experiencing general slowness in Xero Bills

We’re aware that some customers experienced general slowness and error messages on 7 November UTC when using Xero Bills. We have resolved the problem which related to a previous release our technical team installed. This wasn’t reported in real time due to the complexity of the issue and our work to resolve it.
